Return Policy:

Eligible Products: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We accept returns for products that are found to have manufacturing defects or material faults. Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse.                

No returns and only exchanges will be applicable on all orders purchased during the SALE time. 

Wrong product handover in return: Action will be taken based on package opening                 

footage & will be returning the same product we have received. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any loss & no action will be made if the customer fails to raise the query within 7 days of pickup.

Notification: If you receive a faulty product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You can contact our customer support team at - info@popstudio.in

Provide Details: When contacting us, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect or fault, and include photographs of the issue. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a return authorization code and instructions for returning the item. If the product has been collected by the courier partner and is subsequently returned to you due to unexpected circumstances, the courier partner may request you to show a government-issued ID as evidence of the handover. 

Return Shipping:   A handling charge of will be applicable for all return orders depending on where you live. You can directly send the courier also of the item(s) back to us at the following address:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Exchange Policy 

  1. Exchanges (if applicable)
     We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or size doesn't fit well. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please login in your account and place an exchange request directly. There is no additional charge for any exchange orders. For new orders of lower price, the balance amount will be refunded as a gift voucher.

Exchange of product is subjected to availability of size.

 Refund Policy:

  1. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your account. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 working days.

Important Notes:

All returned items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or material faults are not accepted.

If the returned item is found to be damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer, no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned item does not meet our return policy criteria.

It may take 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
